The price of delivery depends on the destination and the number of bottles; all our deliveries provide safe packaging and insurance against breakage, theft or loss.
The orders will arrive within 2-3 working days in Italy and 5- 12 working days in Europe. You will be sent an email when the order departs.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm. We suggest you to provide a delivery address where the orders can always be received within this time band. In case of non-delivery the courier will contact you in order to fix a date for a second delivery. The orders won’t be delivered to mailboxes.
By writing it on the delivery note, you have the possibility to open the package in case of breakage or damage, in order to check the content and inform us about the conditions of the bottles.
The shipper won’t deliver wines or spirits to minors and the identity card can demanded in order to verify the age.
